Message	been those gutted pre cats, ported heads, or jwt cams, or one of those other mods..... Anyhow, I was never able to get it to pass. Nox was too high. I was told I needed a SAFC to tune the car while it was on the roller so it could be tuned at 15 at 25 mph....
